Dear Team—

I know you all just completed your gathering - I hope you’re as enthusiastic as I am with the recent updates. Previously I sent you all a note, I stated the following: “I am confident in this team. You all are some of the most motivated and talented creators we have had the opportunity to collaborate with - and we’re eager for that collaboration to persist.”

Given your hard work and adaptability, particularly over the past twelve months, you continue to prove that.

The community feedback from last fall’s the game demo was informative. It confirmed the appeal of a roguelike shooter but told us we still had improvements to make. It uncovered the need for a more distinct brand.

Our confidence in Project ETHOS strengthens every day. To further the incredible progress you’ve made, It is a pleasure to welcome the new hire as the incoming Studio Head of 31st Union. Following several months of discussions, he officially joins us on the specified date.

His management and background in the competitive gaming genre is vast, having spent the recent years creating and overseeing some of the most recognizable titles in gaming, such as the acclaimed shooter, and more recently, Apex Legends.

I invite you all in welcoming Ben soon. We are all excited to keep witnessing the progress of the game in the months to come.
