Ex- British Broadcasting Corporation Advisers Face MPs' Questioning After Allegations of Bias in Unauthorized Memorandum

She opens by offering context to the unauthorized memorandum authored by Michael Prescott and printed in a daily publication.
"It is not my wish for the British Broadcasting Corporation slanting toward one side or the other, I simply desire it neutral, impartial and just," he states.
In response to a query if he thinks the British Broadcasting Corporation is systematically partial, Prescott answers: "No, I do not. To be clear, numerous aspects the British Broadcasting Corporation does is exceptional - encompassing documentary and fictional programming."
But he adds: "There is substantial tasks that must be undertaken at the British Broadcasting Corporation."
A further former external BBC adviser questioned by the group, Caroline Daniel, remarks she takes the BBC extremely earnestly and that it maintains a "persistent practice and vigorous discourse" on evolving and intricate issues.
"Was the BBC willing to have a proper conversation and debate and act accordingly?" she asks herself. "From my perspective, indeed, they were."
