Liverpool's Star Offers Regret to Liverpool Dressing Room, Reveals Curtis Jones
The Liverpool midfielder has disclosed that Salah said sorry to the group of players after the controversy from his televised remarks.

Salah was left out from a European match after criticising the club and claiming his connection to the head coach had soured.
“Mo is his own man and he can say his own stuff,” the midfielder said. “He apologised to us and was like: ‘Should anyone feel slighted, please accept my apology.’”
The head coach has refused to reveal on whether he received a personal apology from the 33-year-old forward.
Moving Forward
The player stated that the squad's reaction stayed normal. “He was the exact same Mo, he was smiling and we all treated him normally,” Jones added.
He also noted that a competitor wanting to play is preferable. “It's clear there are specific approaches you can handle situations,” he said. “However, if a player is content to just not start, then I think that’s a bigger problem.”
Team Form
Liverpool's form have stayed unbeaten in the matches since the initial controversy. He feels the Salah's words were never meant to destabilise the squad.
“If passion has boiled over, the source has been from a good place,” Jones concluded. “We’re past that now and we’re building chemistry, performing and starting to win games.”
